  • Rescheduling & Refunds: You have up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery, start time, or release of a digital product to request a full refund or reschedule.

  • Late Requests: Any requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

2. Physical Products

  • Refund Window: We offer a 7-day return and refund window for all physical goods. This period begins the day you receive your item (based on tracking delivery confirmation).

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, physical products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
