Return & Refund Policy

At VANTA Dance Lab, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Dance Classes

Customers may request to cancel or reschedule a booked class at least 72 hours before the scheduled class start time.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the class are eligible for either a full refund or a class credit/rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice ("no-show") is also non-refundable.

Memberships & Digital Products

Unless otherwise required by law, memberships, online classes, downloadable content, tutorials, and other digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Physical Products

If VANTA Dance Lab offers physical merchandise, refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return or refund, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging, when applicable.

  • Include proof of purchase.

After 7 business days from the purchase date, physical products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
